I LOVE Sacred Sandalwood essential oil! It's one of the first oils I loved just for the smell of it!

I loved it before I knew anything about all of its health benefits! When you think of sandalwood, think "skin and emotions."

 

Sacred sandalwood comes from a variety of sandalwood that provides an uplifting, warm, woodsy, and sweet aroma, while also offering a variety of important skin benefits. Sandalwood can also help enhance deep sleep!

When it comes to your emotional healing journey, sacred sandalwood can help as we work to remove negative programming from our cells. It is high in sesquiterpenes which can stimulate the pineal gland and limbic system of the brain, where our emotions are stored.

 

The pineal gland is also responsible for releasing melatonin, and regulating the immune system and other body systems. We can use this oil daily to help reprogram our brains towards positivity, gratitude and joy even despite past traumas.

 

Use this oil intentionally every day and repeat what I call Truth Affirmations over your life to help retrain your brain!
