- Four straight weeks of positive purchase application data.
- Pending sales at decade lows.
- Strong Consumer.
- Slower activity due to constrained inventory, cautious buyer pool, and prohibitive rate.
- If/when rates go lower, purchase apps continue to improve… then we will see more activity, increased pricing, and competition.
- Demand is picking up. Buyers of mine who have been dormant and waiting are reaching back out. “Let’s go see some things”.
- Buyers are also Sellers. As rates fall, more inventory will hit.
- Savvy, opportunistic buyers will get in now before another frenzy and be rewarded.
Most importantly… There are angles to attack and having a trusted advisor is so key. |
