River district funds helped in tapping federal money for water projects
The Daily Sentinel- Dennis Webb | November 28, 2023
On Nov. 15 the Department of Interior announced $51 million in funding via the Bureau of Reclamation for 30 new environmental water resource projects in 11 states. The projects focus on water conservation, water management and restoration efforts that will result in significant benefits to ecosystem or watershed health, the Interior Department says.
