Story Time: Releasing Anger

We have all been there - the grips of anger, frustration or overwhelm. For some, these are momentary blips, for others they are blinding or persistent. No matter how you experience it, your anger is unique to you. 
 
Anger is energy. Emotions are energy in motion. Therefore, anger is energy in motion fueled by the heat and transformative nature of fire or pitta dosha. 🔥
 
Fire itself is often ignited or spread by wind, or excess vata dosha - air energy that causes erratic actions, restlessness and overwhelm. 🌬️
 
When these two energies combine, they can create the perfect storm. 🌪️
 
Reduce fire, reduce air, reduce anger.  Could it be that simple? 🤔
