Because our kids are so spread out, we’ll only have everyone home under one roof for 7 years. And we’re halfway through it. Our oldest will go to college in 3.5 years. While I hope my mom-heart will be able to gracefully welcome each new stage for our family - I find this reality has me paying attention to this season with grateful intentionality.
My wish for you and your family is that you’ll believe 2024 can be the best year yet for your family. That you will claim this truth for yourself: that the pursuit of dreams doesn’t have to come at the expense of close intimate relationships with the people you love. But it does take intention.
