1. Collagen! I take this daily. I've tried several, but
this one is liquid gold. It tastes good 🍑, you don't have to mix it in anything, nor do you have to chug a bunch of water after. My nails are so long and strong right now. It's unbelieveable.
2. Glass nail file. This is a must. Get a Czech glass file like
this one because it will have the grit you want and last a long time. Glass files are the only ones that seal the keratin edges of your nails instead of tearing them.
3. Cuticle oil 1-2 times a day. I keep one at my bedside table and one at my office desk. I also keep the cuticle balm in my purse for when I'm sitting at a stoplight or picking up the kids from school. Both prevent hangnails & dry cuticles. I highly recommend using it before you go to bed. If you are allergic to nut oils, try our mini pomegranate cuticle oil. If your nails are damaged, try our Restorative Nail & Cuticle Cream. Just a little bit is needed, but it really helps. You can find all of those
here.
4. After I apply cuticle oil or the cream before bed, I use our
hand lotion. I also keep one in my car and at my desk. It's got all sorts of great ingredients for younger-looking skin. It's also fragrance-free and lightweight, which I love.
5. If you are prone to peeling nails, our Strengthening Nail Serum is fantastic! I apply this one in between manis. It's sold out right now, but I have a few available
here.
I know that's a lot, but just add as you go to develop a routine. Next week we are having a Cuticle Oil Clinic over on Facebook. You're invited to join us! It's totally free to join and we will be having prizes for participating. Just practicing some daily cuticle oil care to see how it affects our nails over the week. Just reply back ADD ME and I'll make sure to send you an invite when the group opens up on Sunday.
