Happy New Year! I’m so excited to see what 2024 has in store. Every December, I take some time to reflect on the past year and put together a Year in Review blog post.

2023 was a big one! From summiting Kilimanjaro to launching my own course platform, it’s been a huge year of personal and professional growth.

 

In the Year in Review, I cover all the highlights including brand collaborations, where I traveled/lived, retreats, interviews, new artwork, my personal highlight reel, and giving back!

 

And none of this would be possible without you! Whether you’re a student, a fan of my work, a friend, or a family member, you, First name / my wonderful community, are the heart of why I do what I do. So I want to say a huge THANK YOU to you!

I’ve been reflecting on 2023, but I’m also looking ahead to the new year! As a creative, one of my favorite things about the new year is the fact that Pantone announces the color of the year.

 

For this week's #CreateWithCatCoq challenge, I want you to create a piece of artwork using Pantone's color of 2024 - Peach Fuzz! Create a brand new peach piece, or change the color palette of a piece of artwork you already have in your portfolio to a peachy tone. I’m personally so excited about this color! 

If you’re interested in art licensing and selling your art online, it’s important to always be looking ahead to upcoming trends. Keeping an eye on things like the Pantone color of the year is a great way to stay on top of what’s trending.
