Dear Great Hearts Invictus Families, We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Grandparent's Days at Great Hearts Invictus for students in Grades K-5. These special events provide an opportunity for our Invictus Grandparents to connect with their grand-scholars and experience the unique educational environment we offer. We have planned three memorable mornings full of activities and engagement for our beloved grandparents. Date and Time: - January 17: Kinder Grandparents
- January 18: First and Second Grade Grandparents
- January 19: Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Grandparents
- Time: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- Location: Great Hearts Invictus MPR
What to Expect: During these special mornings, our Invictus Grandparents can look forward to: - Welcome from our Admin team: Our Headmaster & Admin team will offer a warm welcome to all attendees.
- Photos with "Grand-Scholars": Bring your camera or phone to capture memorable moments with your grandchild.
- Refreshments: We will provide light refreshments to kickstart the day.
- Activity: You will get to enjoy a fun activity with your grandchild.
- Classroom Visits: Get a glimpse into the daily life of your grandchild by visiting their classrooms.
RSVP Information: - To ensure that we are fully prepared to celebrate our scholars' Grandparents, please RSVP using the link provided below by January 10th. This will help us make the necessary arrangements for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- It is very important that you RSVP separately for each grandparent (EXAMPLE: If one scholar is accompanied by three grandparents, each attendee should RSVP individually using separate names, emails, and addresses, even if they reside in the same household.)

Important Notes: - Please note that these events are exclusive to Invictus Grandparents; no parents or guardians will be allowed to attend with grandparents (but volunteer opportunities will be available!)

Arrival Notes: - Doors will open 15 minutes before our 8:30 am start.
- Please make sure all grandparents arrive with their scholar's grade/section and placard number memorized or written down.
