Meet Tia Louise
Hello, First name / Reader Friend!
I'm so excited to bring you another exclusive excerpt from Tia Louise. I first met Tia as a reader in an awesome weekend called Romancing Rappahannock. This was pre-COVID and I'm not going to lie…I was more than a little starstruck. I've now had the pleasure to know Tia for years and not only is she an amazing author, she's also a fantastic friend! Of course, I had to turn my newsletter over to her for her to share her brand new release, A Little Luck! So without further ado, I give you…
Tia Louise
I'm so excited to be back to tell you about my new book A LITTLE LUCK!

A LITTLE LUCK is a spicy small-town, single mom, friends-to-lovers romance with a touch of suspense and a ton of angst. I think you’ll love it!
If you don’t know me, I’ve been an author for ten years next month (whoa!), writing mostly small-town military romance that occasionally has a touch of suspense. They range from light and funny to a little heavier, but always with a satisfying happily ever after (HEA).
With all that’s going on in the world right now, we can all use a little HEA in our lives, yes? As a lifelong romance reader, that’s my favorite part of the genre. Don’t you agree?
I hope you check out my new book, and if you do, I hope you enjoy it! Scroll down for a special sneak peek, and HUGE thanks to my friend Breanna for having me here today. (Hugs!)
Stay sexy,
❤️ Tia

As tired as I am, I’m lying on my back in the middle of my bed unable to sleep. All around me is her honeysuckle scent and the memories of her body. I viscerally remember her over me, under me, her hands on my c-ck… and I groan, lifting my phone from the nightstand again.
I’m about to roll over when a loud noise from the back patio causes me to sit straight up in bed. Throwing aside the blanket, I swing my legs out of the bed when I hear the back door latch open. I’m on my feet as it closes solidly, and my mind races through my options. I have a baseball bat in the closet. My gun safe is in the kitchen…
The bedroom door opens slowly, and I step back, lifting my fists in case I have to fight. Adrenaline surges in my veins, although I’m actually more curious than scared. Despite what Piper said on the square, nothing ever happens in Eureka.
As soon as I see her, I straighten, dropping my hands and catching my breath. “What are you doing here?”
“I couldn’t sleep.” Piper stands in my doorway in front of me, still in that cream sweater, but her jeans have been replaced with fuzzy beige pajama pants. “I’m sorry—did I wake you?”
Her eyes are so big in the yellow lights from the hall, and I don’t waste a moment going to her and pulling her to my chest.
“No.” It’s all I get out before leaning down to cover her mouth with mine.
Her lips part, and our tongues collide. She tastes like mint and fresh water, and I lift her off her feet in one fluid motion. Her legs are around my waist, and I carry her to the bed. She sits on the edge as I reach down to lift the sweater over her head, leaving her in a delicate white lace bra that only covers the bottom half of her small breasts.
It provides a teasing glimpse of her nipples and her dark pink areolas, and my d!ck is instantly hard. “We’re leaving this on for now.”
I lie her back on the soft sheets and reach behind my neck to pull my shirt over my head. Her eyes race down my bare torso, and her tongue slips out to draw her bottom lip into her mouth as she watches me.
Keep looking at me like that, and I’m going to have to f--k you hard.” I can’t keep the hunger out of my tone.

I’m gratified that her pretty eyes shine, and a grin curls her lips. “Promise?
