I usually don’t start my newsletters with a disclaimer, but I feel like it’s necessary for this one.

Today’s newsletter is not for the easily offended, and it’s definitely not for the complacent.

If you’re not sure you want to keep reading, that’s fine. Just close this email and go back to your comfortable and predictable life.

Today, I’m going to talk about the state of our society and more importantly our role as individuals in it. There are so many things that we take for granted (and in some cases even celebrate) that are actually destroying the foundations of our civilization. The goal for me here today is to challenge you to question the assumptions and beliefs that you have been taught by the mainstream media, the education system, the government, and even the entertainment industry.

You might think I’m being paranoid or delusional, but you’re wrong. I’m not exaggerating anything, and I don’t sensationalize or fear-monger. You can turn on the TV if you want to see that shit.

I’m simply telling you facts.

I’m not predicting the end of civilization, there are enough cult leaders out there to handle that job. What I’m doing is highlighting the cancer and decay that is affecting society as a whole. But more important than that, is what we (yes, I said we), can do to make the world better, simply by focusing on our own personal growth and development.

Recently, I shared a post that generated some mixed reactions and I want to make sure that everyone is crystal clear on what I mean, and the specific issues I’m talking about.

You know that I really focus hard on improving your life through healthy habits, a disciplined and focused mind, and maintaining a healthy body so you actually have the energy to make positive change. It’s sad, but there are so many forces out there working against all of us.

Allow me to explain:

  1. Why is porn free and easily accessible? Here is a fact for you: porn addiction is classified as a disorder due to how it affects the chemistry of the brain. Why do you think people go to rehab for it? It’s even treated the same as a drug addiction. If you think it’s harmless entertainment, just stop. The truth is that the porn industry is killing relationships before they even start. Studies have shown that men who consume porn have a significantly harder time communicating with partners, show enhanced sexual aggressiveness (if this sounds like you, good luck in prison), and struggle maintaining long term relationships. So, how do you fight something like this? There is only one way – stop fucking consuming it. Delete it from your devices. Sorry, but there is no other way.
  2. Why are we killing each other through food? Listen, the food industry is driven by profit, not by health. The crap they are selling us is loaded with sugar, salt, fat, and so many unpronounceable chemicals that it should make your stomach turn when you read the ingredient list. Yet, when you turn on the TV or go online, how many fast food or processed food commercials and ads do you see? I’ll save you the time…on TV alone it’s in the double digits. I can’t even imagine how much other shit is on YouTube or pop-up ads. I shouldn’t have to explain the problem with this.
  3. When did a father’s presence and influence become optional? The family is the basic unit of society. You learn that on the first day of sociology class. But when the family unit is missing the father, children are missing out on a potential role model and mentor. But doesn’t it seem like this is happening way too much? The truth is that it is. Current data shows that 33% of kids in the US live in fatherless homes, but even after factoring out deaths and tragedies, there are still over 20% of dads who are alive and completely absent. When did men become such cowards? Was the idea of having to stay home on a Friday night too much for them? It’s not sad, it’s actually more pathetic. And it’s the kids that suffer for it. Studies have even shown that statistically, kids without a father are more likely to drop out of school, abuse drugs, commit crimes, or worse…they become a much higher risk for suicide. We need to become more reliable as men. Our families need us. We are breeding a generation of weirdos. Void of faith and purpose. Fathers can fix that.
  4. Why does it seem like all politicians are millionaires? The simple answer is that because most of them are. But how? The annual salary for both Congress and the House is $174k. And if you’ve been to DC, you know how fucking expensive it is, so where is all this extra money coming from? Sadly, our current system is easily abused and done so on a regular basis without any regard for the rest of us. Do any of them actually work? Go ahead and let me know about a time when someone in the government advocated for you. Can you? I’m not talking about your local mayor having new stoplights installed – think bigger than that. We need government and we need laws, but we live in a place where we have the ability to question it all and think for ourselves. Use that ability!
  5. Is money actually worth anything? Some of you may already know, but the dollar hasn’t been backed by any kind of tangible commodity (gold) since 1971. It’s called a fiat currency which means it isn’t backed by a damn thing other than what the government’s monetary policy tells you it’s worth. What about crypto? Don’t get me started. A lot of those fools are already doing hard time for their scams. But money is real, and in our society, it’s necessary. So, what do you do? Stop wasting it. Use it wisely and spend it on what matters. Start investing in yourself, your family, or even your community if you have the means to do it.
  6. When did the news become entertainment? It’s no secret that the news industry is driven by ratings, clicks, and views. Because of that, it sells stories that are sensationalized and biased in order to exploit your fear and anger. Somewhere along the way journalism turned into talking heads yelling on TV. You should be staying up to date on current events, but when it comes to a lot of that trash, you need to start verifying what you hear. Learn, research, and stay informed.
  7. Who decided men and women should compete against each other in athletics? Okay, this is a hot topic. First, let me clarify by saying people can identify as they wish and change genders too. It’s their right. That is not what I’m talking about. I’m referring to the grotesque ways in which men (former or current) try to live out their sports fantasies by dominating women’s sports. There is a reason that men’s and women’s sports are separate starting from when we’re little all the way to the pros. Why? Two words: free testosterone. Both men and women produce it naturally in their bodies, but in much different quantities. Women only produce about 5-10% of what men do. Since testosterone directly affects muscle mass, size, bone density, and spatial awareness, can it ever be fair? Do I need to say more? Men who beat up women are sent to jail, so why do we allow it in combat sports?
Now, the question is what are you doing to do about it?

You can ignore all of this and lie to yourself by carrying on like nothing is wrong, or you can take action and responsibility for your own fate and become the version of yourself that you’ve always visualized.

The choice is yours, but remember, the fate of the world depends on all of us.

I hope this made you think, and if you’re ready to have a conversation with me about any of this, reply back to me! I’m always here for your questions and concerns.

But you need to hurry. Time is running out. All societies eventually collapse. The people that survive are the individuals with strong minds and wills. The ones that just go with the flow get left behind.

Which one are you?

I'll see you in the next one,
