In which country do you live?
On Etsy you'll see I live in Belgium, but if you request our official business info you'll get Bulgaria.
It's simple. My business partner Joachim decided to move from Belgium to Bulgaria years ago. We moved our business there as well. But I chose to stay in Belgium. Long live the internet!
Why are some of your kits so expensive?
We know our larger kits are a lot more expensive then other kits out there, and we have really good reasons for that.
I see it happening too often: online sellers who don't value their own work enough and only want to be a little bit cheaper than the next one until everything is almost free. We're not participating in that, we're worth it. And so are you. Because only then we can deliver the quality you're used to from us.
- We actually DO the hard work.
Our large kits can take up to more than a month each to be finished and perfected. We don't just take illustrations and slap them on some vintage paper. Every placement is thought of carefully by our wonderful design team. These designs get regular feedback until everything is as it should be. Because this takes time it comes at a cost. A wedding gown with handmade embroidery and lace also costs more than cheaper one made in a factory. Don't forget you're worth it.
- The price can fluctuate according to how strong your currency is
We set our prices in Euro. So for example, between January and August 2025 the US dollar value has dropped a lot, which made our kits significantly more expensive for US buyers, even though we didn't change the price at all (and we don't get 1 cent more).
But no worries, if those large kits are too much for you, we have hundreds of smaller affordable kits in our shop as well.
Why don't I receive the YouTube freebies I asked for in my email?
Unfortunately some providers block us when you're requesting multiple freebies at once (We get it, they're awesome). There's a warning in every YouTube video description but you might not have read it.
When you stop getting the freebies, we can't fix that, nor can you.
Solution: subscribe with a new free email address (like gmail, etc).

Do all your junk journal kits have a designated tutorial?
No. Making a valuable tutorial takes time and effort to make. Since we have hundreds of journal kits for you to craft with it's impossible to make one for every kit.
But no worries, we have you covered!
The video lists below have tutorials that can be used for most journal kits that don't have a tutorial of their own (and we keep adding to them).
