Five Simple Daily Steps 
 
Challenge Dates: January 7th - 27th
 
It's a new year, fresh start, and perfect time to either get back on track or start a brand new journey toward your health goals!
 
Using exogenous ketones were a GAME CHANGER in my health journey and I would love for you to experience the benefits they provide as you work toward your health goals.

FIVE DAILY STEPS:
 
We will drink one pack of ketones daily. If you are new to ketones they are going to help you get into ketosis and provide all the benefits above so you feel amazing while your body adjusts to being in ketosis. 

We will also eat keto/low carb. You will be given some free resources to help with this part of the challenge. Don't worry - you don't have to follow the meal plan exactly, but it'll give you some ideas on what to eat! And everyone will be sharing their ideas with the group. 

We are going to be drinking water - because that is super important. I've learned that when I set a daily goal and stay focused on it, I do much better. 

We are also going to move our bodies. You can choose your favorite way to move your body. You don't have to do intense workouts, although you can. And I will provide some fun workouts for you to do if you'd like!
 
We are also going to aim for 8 hours of sleep each night. Studies show that getting adequate sleep is extremely important to over all health. We are going to put a focus on sleep during the challenge so we can feel our best! 
 
 
It is really that simple. These are the things I did when I started with ketones to lose 30 lbs in three months.

HOW TO GET YOUR KETONES ..
