So we've drank the champagne, cheers, and kiss at midnight and made those resolutions for the New Year. Now we sit here January 1st 2024 excited for the goals we have set for the year ahead.
 
Now your goals are set, but you need to keep those goals top of mind each day to help focus your energy into the things that will get you closer to reaching them. 
 
Here is our New Year tip for you. Start a daily gratitude journal. From a place of gratitude we see so much possibility in front of us! Use this time to also keep your goals top of mind each day. 
 
Below is a link to an example of how we do our gratitude journals. If you have never done a gratitude journal before we recommend picking up one of Rachel Hollis' Start Today Journals. This is how we got started in the practice and it will outline why and how it can be a great daily practice to reach your goals. 
 
We still follow this layout today, and we have the Start Today journal to thank for that!

Her Story
 
 
She had a wildly fabulous, adventurous and eccentric childhood, growing up in a tipi (tepee) in Central Texas. She moved to Oklahoma when she married her husband 20 years ago. Their family moved to Winnsboro in 2008 when her husbands career in Commercial Construction Management brought them to North East Texas. They have stayed because they love the area and the people so much. She has studied herbalism most of her life but have been especially focused on it for the last 19-20 years. She's been making soap and herbal products since 2005 and started selling her items at Winnsboro Farmers Market, other area markets, and retail locations in 2010.
