Hi friends, 
Happy New Year! I hope your year is off to a good start. I've been thinking about some ways I can focus on self-care and wellness this year. One thing I'm going to be intentional about is practicing yoga. I've been studying with Jessica @ Yoga with Josette for a few months, and have found it to be just what I need. At my age, I really need to stretch and strengthen. Plus learning the correct way to breathe deeply has helped me reduce stress. Jessica is great at explaining the benefits of many of the poses and I find that very helpful. 
 
I'm excited to announce that Jessica will be holding yoga sessions here at Bella every Thursday morning at 9 am! If you could benefit from what I just mentioned, consider joining us. If you've never done yoga before, come give it a try. There's more info below.

I’ve long been amazed that seeds hold a bit of the miraculous. How can such a tiny thing become food for the table, a tree stretching shading branches, a field of flowers. Each seed holding potential, but its more than just potential. . .
