Our email blast announcing our Deerfield Beach store closing/moving sale inspired a lot of questions yesterday, so here are some FAQ's and their answers! Fort Lauderdale will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
We are not going out of business. We have come to the mutual understanding with our landlord that this location no longer serves our best interest. They have been supportive throughout this process and we look forward to unveiling future plans when they are ready to be shared!
How will this affect my class?
Your class will largely be unaffected. Any students who are currently enrolled in a class through the Deerfield store will have their course agreements honored by the Fort Lauderdale location. The in-water training will be conducted in the same locations (pool, beach and boats) as originally planned. The last day for academic reviews at Deerfield Beach will be January 29th. Any reviews after that date will be conducted at the Fort Lauderdale location. Please look over your course agreements for further details.
How will this affect tank fills?
Tank fills will cease as of January 25th, 2024. For those with fill cards, we will continue to honor them at our Fort Lauderdale location, 15 minutes away.
How will this affect repairs, hydros, etc?
Any items not picked up by January 31st, 2024 will be moved to storage. We will make every effort to contact individuals who have left their gear in our care for 6 months after January 31st, 2024.  We suggest making it a priority to come pick up your gear to avoid any confusion in the months to follow.
How will this affect returns, exchanges and warranties?
Items purchased on a closeout sale, or marked final sale, are not returnable or exchangeable. Items purchased that have warranty issues can continue to be serviced by our Fort Lauderdale location with proof of purchase.
