Hi everyone!

Welcome to 2024!! Here’s hoping you will be safe, healthy, prosperous and joyful this year.  Hoping for the very best for ALL!

Operation Hat Trick very much looks forward to 2024, in part because we will reach a VERY significant milestone with our “giving”. When I started OHT, I had a goal of being able to donate $1 million dollars to nonprofits that supported the recovery of wounded service members and veterans and to fill some critical gaps in care. I couldn’t even imagine how that was going to be possible or how long it would take, but I knew we had a good business model that would help us get there.

That first million donated was a tremendous amount of hard work and “begging” so many times to get licensees, retailers, corporations and supporters to take a chance on us. After all, we were building a brand from scratch and that’s no easy task. Every time someone said “NO” I would reply with, “NOT YET." Of course, we felt like EVERYONE should invest in OHT by making a purchase. We wanted, and still want, everyone out there to own an OHT hat (or another OHT product). Imagine what a difference we would be making?

The second, third and fourth million seemed to come a little bit easier and we were able to donate to 128 nonprofits overall in 41 states. Today we are over $4.7+ million in donations and in the next few months my even CRAZIER goal of $5 million will become reality. We’ll be yelling it from the rooftops so stay tuned!

You have ALL been part of OHT’s success, and for that we are forever grateful. Our team is off to the Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show in Las Vegas at the end of January, where we will see what’s new for 2024, catch up with our licensees and develop new opportunities. OHT is the official charity of the Show, and we are thankful to Matt Lawson at Emerald for making this happen and giving OHT so much exposure. OHT will also be receiving a donation from Emerald at the end of the Show. THANK YOU!!

Be sure to look for our February Newsletter. We should have updates for you about Tailgate and new opportunities. In the meantime, I hope your 2024 starts on a high note!

Warm Regards,
Dot
