With Winter walloping much of the northern hemisphere, you may find yourself struggling to find your flow - the ability to stay motivated, take on new challenges or adapt to seasonal shifts. Winter blues, anyone?
Lower temperatures, increased precipitation and erratic weather patterns create the perfect storm during the Vata-to-Kapha seasonal transition. 🌬️❄️ When left unchecked, these same seasonal fluctuations can compromise immunity, create feelings of lethargy, deepen depression and weaken your overall sense of wellbeing.
In essence, Winter serves as a stark reminder that atmospheric energy affects cellular energy. When we learn to flow with the seasons, we are less affected by elemental shifts that may not align with our own personal constitution.
