Hi First name / Beautiful Friend,,
I think it's important for us to occasionally look ahead so we can look back and get honest with ourselves about what we truly want to put our attention towards and get clear on the legacy we are building.
Here's what's in today's email:

As I mentioned in a previous email I wanted to share a bit more about the book
The Top Five Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware. I will share the top regret and the overall theme of peoples regrets but to read all five regrets of the dying you'll need to head over to
Bronnie's blog or grab a copy of
her book (this is for copyright reasons).
Bronnie shares her insights after working as a palliative nurse for many years on her blog and then in her book. It's eye opening to think about what our priorities are now and if they align with what will matter most as we get closer to the end of our lives. If we allow ourselves to think about this and reflect we can make adjustments now around the priorities tthat truly matter most to us, how we spend our time, and how we are living our lives.
The biggest regret people shared was,
“I wish I had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”
At the end of life people regreted that they had unfulfilled dreams still inside of them. I mean I truly think this sums it all up- are we being authentic to ourselves and do we have the courage to live in a way that is most honest to us and allows us to work on our dreams?
