- 100% of leaders reported that the Pathways Partnership gave their organization a stronger foundation
- 100% of Praxis Graduates improved their ability to implement commonly used practices in 4 or more capacity areas
A Thriving Alumni Network: Even after their partnership, nonprofits continued to see results and engage with Fair Chance
- Fair Chance saw a 20% increase in participation in the alumni Network Services program
- Fair Chance alumni saw a 32% median increase in children & families served and 57% increased in revenue
