A FROM DR. MARYSA

Fresh + New
Welcome to a New Year! I hope you've had a lovely start  to 2024 + have settled into a new routine after the holidays. There are so many exciting things happening at Uprise Pelvic Health + I want to share one of those things right now: I'm pregnant! The month of July will bring more love, teeny baby cuddles, and perhaps a little less sleep!

Incredibly thankful for this little babe inside of me, but the first trimester was a bit rough. Can anyone else relate? 😩 People always want to know what a pelvic PT does during their pregnancy… the first trimester truth? Napping on the treatment table, puking, and barely eating. Unfortunately, I'm not immune to the ick. BUT now that we're entering the second trimester, I will be able to share more about how I'm taking care of myself and my pelvic floor.

Take a peek down below and find out when you should come in for some PT care during pregnancy; you'll be so glad you did.

P.s. Thank you to all of the wonderful humans that came to the Selah Space Grand Re-opening celebration last week. Yay for being part of changing women's health in this community!

Remember, we're done with feeling just “fine.”

We're going to live our best lives, love our bodies, trust when something doesn't feel right, and take care of ourselves for years to come.

We're here to support you, wherever you are on your pelvic health journey.

you are worth it!
Let's talk about it.

P.S. If you are loving your experience with Uprise Pelvic Health, I'd be honored if you'd leave us a Google review! This helps more women in the Sioux Falls area find a pelvic PT they can trust. Thank you!
