Sure thing! ICHRA stands for Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement. It's a flexible and innovative way for employers to provide health coverage to their employees utilizing individual plans instead of the outdated & limiting group options. With ICHRA, employees get more control over their health insurance choices and your employer provides a contribution towards your premium just like in group health.  With ICHRA you get the best of both worlds!
