I have been in the fitness industry since the invention of the wheel and I realized that using the “fitness wheel” left me driving in circles, broken down on the side of the road. Fitness wasn’t actually what I was searching for.
The intricate tapestry of life pulls us (willingly and sometimes not so willingly) into a myriad of roles-parents, partners, professionals. As we navigate the complex dance of fulfilling societal expectations and nurturing relationships, there comes a point where the essence of being an individual is lost. We become lost in the orchestration of responsibilities, and we momentarily forget our own identity. Forgetting isn’t the worst thing that can happen. It is through forgetting that Wyld was created.
Wyld is a wellness practice that uses dance and meditation to connect with self
and build meaningful community.
Wyld provided a profound awakening, a flicker of realization and an unexpected spark that disrupts story or beliefs. Whether you are hearing a whisper or passion exposed, keep listening. This is a reminder that beyond the roles you play there is a reservoir of creativity, strength, and new horizons. We are over the moon that you are here and we welcome you to your journey.
