Recently, I shared the challenges of my menopause journey AND what I have learned...so far... about how to handle this time of life.
Not going to lie, it's been rough - I have felt lost, frustrated, sad, so many things!
Weight gain (that has eluded ALL I know about weight loss!), low energy, foggy brain, disturbed sleep, you know where I'm going!
AND I'm a wellness professional! Honestly, I know a ton on these topics but nothing I know has worked - or at least worked very well.
I know others are struggling, too, and I thought it might be helpful to know you are not alone.

EDITED BECAUSE I'M THRILLED: I wrote this a couple of weeks ago and only THREE DAYS into the 14-day reset this month, I am feeling AWESOME! I've lost 5 pounds, I'm not taking my ADHD meds, I'm sleeping through the night and I FEEL great.
