sam's digest — a weekly newsletter of my 3 favorite architectural gems on the market in los angeles, + raw life updates. issue 3. 2/2/24.

//    the mood & vibes this week

— i had the most wonderful weekend. i'm writing this on monday morning, at cafe nido in the silver lake neighborhood of LA (opened last summer by derek, a friend & agent on my real estate team, bryant \ reichling!). it was high 70s and sunny (although rain is coming) which is having a seriously positive impact on my mood. i hung out with my backpacking friends, went on a hike in topanga, and had incredible meals — udon noodles at a vibey place with noguchi lamps + breakfast burritos at topanga living cafe.
— toured some incredible properties. courtney (also a fellow agent on team bryant \ reichling) & i checked out a blissful 1920s spanish with clients, and i spent golden hour at my friend sophie's new listing in topanga. the market is definitely heating up in los angeles, and people are out in droves.
— feeling like i'm nailing what i'm sharing on instagram with you lately. during the week, i do our little video tours, and on the weekends, slices of my life & stills of cool houses. it feels really authentic and i am getting so much positive feedback. one of you told me, “thank you for sharing houses that matter.” i felt that.
