Dear First name / friend

If you happened to look at my website over the past few days – well, it's weird! That's a result of updating the version of Squarespace and, I promise, Danielle (website developer) is working on it.

In the meantime, life goes on:

– I've written in my blog - just me talking about how busy life's been lately. Not a bad thing, but not particularly exciting.

– I've decided I have to figure out Instagram. As much as I don't want to - it seems it must be.

– Better news: I currently have an A in my Integrative Nutrition class (second module). The reading is challenging and LOTS!

AND BEST NEWS OF ALL:
– I enjoyed a great 4 hour workshop with Desiree Rumbaugh last weekend. Never have my shoulders and hips felt so open! Amazing work. I'll be seeing her again in May with Christina Sell, so that will be a good follow-up. Thank you, Desiree, and look forward to being in your and Christina's company soon.

My schedule remains the same:

— Appointments at my office are available. Seems everyone likes later afternoons, but I do have earlier times available (so long as they don't interfere with my classes - noted below). Contact me and we can talk.

— My classes at Sage Yoga* are as follows:
Aligned Yoga      Mondays/Thursdays at 10:30am in Fallbrook
Gentle                Tuesdays at 9am in Bonsall
Fundamental      Fridays at 9am in Bonsall

*These classes are suitable for all levels, and there are many new classes and some interesting workshops to check out.

on my end table:
Nutrition in Clinical Practice by David L. Katz, MD. Remember, this book won't change for another 6 weeks, as it is the text for the current class in my UCSD Integrative Nutrition course.

The Dutch House by Ann Patchett. A post-WWII story of two siblings, their connection to the past and to one another. About two-thirds of the way through and it's a keeper.

AND, SOME MORE LIGHT READING:
1.  In the mood for soup?  All these recipes look wonderful!
2.  And, some think ‘Bird Dog Pose’ is a warm-up. Check out the
benefits and muscles you use when doing this ‘simple’ pose.
3.  Check out my blog post.

Until next time,
Leslie

Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
