There's no way that I am not going to the Justin Timberlake concert - and
this short clip confirms that. Isn't it amazing how you cannot hear a song for years and years and years, yet the moment you hear it again - you realize that you still know every word? Like how does that happen? I cannot wait for this concert - I know I will be up and dancing and singing from beginning to end.
You guys really enjoyed last week's home tour video suggestion, so I have another one for you.
This one is a Spanish-style home (
which is my favorite style of home) in California and I really love everything about it. The layout (
I just love the indoor/outdoor living you can do in California - I would have those doors open 98% of the time), the gate that closes off the kitchen, the architecture, all of the personal decor (
along with stories to go along with them), and vintage furniture - wow! It's just done really well and I would place this home in my top 5 homes that I could move right into and for the most part not change a single thing.
I must do
this French door DIY project once we start on our primary bedroom and bathroom. You guys will see, but we don't have a door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom, it's completely open and I don't like it. The toilet is in its own little closet with a door, but the rest of the space is open. Mark doesn't understand why I would want to add a door - and I told him that sometimes you just need a little privacy to do things you need to do, without anyone walking in. Having these doors in our space is going to be perfect - I'm so glad I found this video.
We don't eat steak very often, but I feel like I need to pick up a few this weekend to make this
Mediterranean steak bowl - it looks so good!
Clearly by now, you know that I love Spanish-style homes -
so here's one more that I'm obsessed with. Mark and I keep talking about our next home, and while I'm not sure if we could ever find a Spanish-style one - I know for sure that I'm definitely going to be adding some of the elements from this type of home - like arched doorways, terra cotta tiles, wooden beams, large fireplaces….I just love it all.
