Are You Listening to Your Body?

With the hustle and bustle of a busy world it can be hard to tune into anything other than external chaos or noise. In this process, we can lose sense of ourselves, or the interoceptive awareness of how we are feeling and what we really need in any given moment. 
 
When this happens, we may as well turn over the keys because we are no longer navigating our own ship. 🚢
 
The consequences of being lost at sea in our own physiology can range from intermittent to chronic fatigue, minor to major hormone imbalances, and allergies to autoimmune disorders…simply because we tuned out.
