Creating space.
Checking in. How are you doing? How is the semester going? What's going well, and where might you be experiencing some challenge?
 
Our McNair Circle within our 365 community is here for you to check in and let us know how you're doing. It's a cool thing to be connected with fellow McNair scholars around the country also in their first year of grad school.
 
Here's a quick note to let you know YOU ARE SPECIAL. We are thinking about you and hope you're well. Be sure you are creating space for yourself. Create some space throughout your day to simply BE. You've got a lot of “doing” going on; try to balance it out with some present moment magic.
