Meet Crystal!

Crystal initially started care with us because of some back pain and limited neck mobility. She responded SO well to care and saw almost immediate improvements after her adjustments! Throughout her restoration care plan, Crystal has found SO many ways that chiropractic care has improved her overall wellness and has been super consistent with care to see these results in her daily life. As a result, she is now navigating her stress with much healthier habits and we are SO proud! Crystal comes to each appointment full of questions and is always looking for ways she can continue to improve her wellness and lifestyle based on suggestions that Dr. Rachel gives her! She has become so in tune with her brain and body connection and is always trying to optimize her healing process. It has been so amazing to watch her grow! We are so proud of all the time and effort she puts into her wellness and are SO honored to be part of the team through her wellness journey!
