Every year, my friend and fellow surface designer, Shannon McNab, of Sketch Design Repeat puts together a surface design industry survey and I’m excited to share that the results are here! 

 

This survey pulls information from hundreds of surface designers at all stages of their careers. It’s mind-blowingly detailed, and full of valuable information no matter where you’re at on your surface design journey.

This week marks the start of the celebration of Lunar New Year, and this year is a big one – the year of the dragon! I'm back in Southeast Asia right now, and it's been so fun to see all the vibrant decorations popping up everywhere.
