When someone doesn’t like:
the way you express yourself,
the way you dress,
the way you act,
the things you say,
the photos you post,
or the things you make:

They are insecure.

They are not happy.

Confidence does not need to be loud.

Often, it’s quite the opposite.

I do whatever I want and I wear whatever I want.

Society is lame.

People are constantly trying to be ‘normal’.

Trying to fit into a mold of what is ‘accepted’.

Fuck. That.

Now, I’m nowhere near the biggest oddball on the planet, but I embrace the things I like regardless of what others think, and that will never change.

The people who call me a friend and that are drawn to me - like me because they know they can be themselves around me.

If anything, I try to instill confidence in the people around me to stand out even more and embrace their flaws and their uniqueness.

Anyone who has an opinion on how you should be, or look, or thinks their advice on what “you should do differently” is better than your own unique intuition about yourself -

- is simply unhappy with their own inaction to embrace themselves.

Be your self, and if you don’t know what that is yet, that’s perfectly cool.

Do some weird shit in the meantime and ignore what anyone thinks about it.

If you feel like maybe you're struggling a bit to “find yourself”, here's a great framework for giving yourself a creative makeover this year, I call it:

Place, Stack, & Flow.

• Place:
Makeover your environment.

- A small change in what you see can lead to a big shift in what you do. It is the ‘inspiration and motivation’ behind our decisions. Our environment plays a crucial role in shaping and influencing all aspects of our lives.

• Stack:
Upgrade your tech or hobby stack.

- Your “stack” is often the set of technologies used to develop your creations or support your hobbies. So if you’re a photographer, this is your camera and your lenses. Set goals to continuously improve your tools and tech, and as a result - your creative output will improve.

• Flow:
Plan out your routines, schedule, and habits.

- Achieving time freedom requires effective routines and time management. By making conscious decisions about how your time is spent, you can create efficient and purposeful routines that contribute to having more creative time for yourself.

Conclusion: Take an entire day where you map out your dream environment or workspace, your ideal tech stack or ideal materials related to your career or passion pursuits, and your perfect daily routine and weekly schedule, along with recurring habits you want to focus on.

Give this a try and let me know how it goes, I'd love to be a part of your journey. Just shoot me a reply to this email.

Project Resurgence Financial Update 2/6:

I closed off January with a total income of approximately: $15,067.68
(Watch the short video update here.)

Breakdown -
Agency: $14,082.49
Referrals: $400
Content and commissions: $585.19

… and it’s pretty much already swallowed whole by my expenses and debts, but I will continue to push harder.

Summary:
  • We’re only a couple days into February and I’ve already been able to bring in another $5,874.71
  • So 33 days into the year and we’re at a total of $20,942 so far which averages out to $634 earned per day.
  • Which is nowhere near my height of over $3,700 per day - but it is a pretty solid start regardless of how harsh I am on myself.
  • I'm shooting my next YouTube video this week where I'll dive into a lot more of this.
PS - What do you want to see in these monthly breakdowns moving forward?

I'm working on getting the Resurgence Tracker populated in the income projects section so that I can dive into more detail on what I'm doing. It's quite the project, but you'll see all of that start to come to life throughout the end of February.

If you have any questions, have anything to add, or have anything you'd like to see in my upcoming content just reply to this email and let me know. Any feedback or comments are greatly appreciated.
