YOUR MINDSET MATTERS
Ari Affirmations
My body is my temple, and I treat it with love and respect.
I am focused, motivated, and ready to conquer my workout.
I choose to focus on what I can do, rather than what I can't.
Happy Monday, boo!

I often get asked, ‘when is the best time of day to work out?’

My response?

It depends.

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. The best time to work out ultimately depends on things:
  • your schedule
  • your preferences
  • your energy levels
I personally choose to work out in the morning to kickstart my day.

But it wasn't always this way.

I used to prefer evening workouts - until my schedule changed, and it was so hard to be consistent. Now, I give myself permission to adapt my workout times to my schedule and energy. Most times it's mornings. Sometimes it's evenings.

And I encourage you to do the same!

The time of day that works for me, your bestie, your colleague, or your partner may not work for you, and that is OK. The key is to explore different times and choose the one that allows you to be most consistent.
