You put in your details, set your laundry out in bags, a Laundry Pro comes to pick it up, they wash it, fold it, sort it (if you ask) and bring it back - WITHIN 24 HOURS - to your home, ready to be put away. A couple of hot tips: - Be specific with what you want. There’s a section where you can add Special Instructions. If you want your laundry sorted, ask them. - How the money works. Poplin puts a hold on the funds for the "estimated" total based on the quantity and bag size. Once your Laundry Pro is finished packing and weighing your order your card will be charged based on actual weight. Once you have received your clothes, go back in to rate, review and tip your Laundry Pro when they do a great job.
- You can pick your fav. Just like you can favorite your best Instacart shoppers, you can do the same with your Laundry Pro. Mine literally puts satin ribbons around each stack of clothes. I’m in love.
- If there are any issues - clothes smell weird, something is missing or a stain you didn’t remember, Poplin has a super responsive help function. They will send someone out to your house to check it out and make it right. Just don’t relaunder it - they need to see it in the condition it came back to you in.
