My 16-year-old son brought a friend along for the adventure, and my partner's juggling work commitments alongside me. However, I've made a deliberate decision this week to block out my calendar. Why? Because radical self-care and business strategy are non-negotiables for badass bosses like us. |

I refuse to let day-to-day meetings hijack this precious time. Instead, I'm carving out space to spend time with family for needed self-care and time for undivided attention to dive into FBomb strategy (thank you to all of you who have been sharing your ideas on the Community Feedback Form), ensuring our vision continues to soar. Because, let's face it… - Self-care isn't just a buzzword. It's a lifeline for badass bosses.

Because the truth is, you can't pour from an empty cup. You can't show up as your badass self for your business, family, or community if you're running on fumes and burning the candle at both ends.
