After 8 years of being closed this weekend the old BHS building will open as Sports Direct.

This will have a massive impact on the look and feel of our precinct and we look forward to seeing the new store.

In addition to this we are excited to see planning permission being put in for the Bowling alley in West Orchards and the redevelopment of the of the TJ Hughes site.

The city centre now has only a handful of empty units available and we are continuing to work with and businesses being displaced by city centre south to find new venues.
