What is the Best Business Type for Your Emerging Business?
Dear Clients & Friends,

We are fortunate to have a number of long-term clients. Some of whom were start-ups when we met and have grown impressively in spite of the recent economic uncertainty. As we watched our clients change and grow, a question kept coming up - what business type for my business at this stage? Read this month's blog for a dive into the different entity types and what they could mean for your business.

Also this month, Steve took an extensive trip to Dubai and Chennai, India for two international conferences. In Dubai he connected with different members from our esteemed international membership, of IR Global. In India, Steve celebrated with The World Trade Center Denver, where he recently earned his Certificate of International Trade and Sister Cities International (SCI). SCI is a membership organization providing members with support and programs, focused on promoting citizen diplomacy. He continued to strengthen our international connections by networking with fellow IR Global member, Eshwar Sabapathy. Stay tuned for photos and more from his trip.

We continue to look for opportunities to strengthen our relationships within our communities and abroad. If you have ideas for our team, please contact Amber VandenHout at amberv@emergecounsel.com.
