All Levels Reformer Pilates Flow is a 50 minute group workout utilizing our Pilates Reformer and potential for Pilates Tower Equipment. You can expect a lengthening, strengthening, dynamic flow to music. Your instructor will help you work your muscles, strengthen your mind-body connection, and release into alignment. Each instructor has a different style and focus, feel free to try a few of us! This class is safe for all fitness levels and is open to Everyone no reformer experience required

Enjoy this 50 minute workout experience on the Pilates Tower. The pace is moderate and deliberate - giving you time to center yourself, breathe and find proper alignment. The settings of the Pilates Tower are heavier than the springs of the Pilates Reformer. Without the movement of the carriage you will have a better idea of your own body’s imbalances. There are many exercises incorporating balance, strength, and coordination. You will strengthen your core and your mind body connection!

This Strengthen & Sweat class at Boston Body Pilates Belmont is an intense reformer workout guaranteed to make you sweat. Previous reformer experience is required for This 50 minute group workout. Great for clients with a Strong Fitness Level and No Joint or Back issues. This is an instructor led class with no corrections given and the vibes are high intensity and fun! This class is restricted to Intermediate client status.
