A: Private Pilates Session is the absolute best way to start with us here at Boston Body Pilates Belmont. It is a 50-minute session where an instructor dedicates that time to listen, observe your movement, and help design a program that will help you reach your goals.

Q: What is the structure of the private session?
A: Your first visit we spend the first 5 minutes giving you a tour of our studio, equipment, and facilities and then we review your medical health history and your goals. After that we spend 40 minutes moving and flowing in a customized workout to help address your goals. We then spend the last 5 minutes stretching and reviewing next steps, package options, and working together to design a plan perfectly tailored to you!
Q: How often do I need to visit in order to feel the benefits?
A: There is no one size fits all or cookie cutter approach to pilates. What frequency is right for you highly depends on how active you are in your daily life and what other physical activities are in your weekly routine! We can help you figure out the perfect balance, but aim for 2-3 sessions per week to start. Consistency is key!
A: We have grip socks available for purchase in studio however you can absolutely bring your own! We also have water available in studio. Please dress comfortably with a workout T-shirt and long leggings or jogger style sweatpants that are tight around the ankles. Also bring your schedule and your preferred card for payment to reserve your next sessions
