We are just a few weeks away from your trip! It's all getting VERY real. We can't believe it's so close! This week, we have some practical information for you as you make final preparations for your trip. WARNING: This is going to be a long email with a lot of important information in it. Please read this email in its entirety! |

DEPARTURE GUIDE - We know you have been anxiously awaiting your Departure Guide. This trip overview is an important document that has lots of helpful info about the ministry opportunities of which you and your team will get to be a part of. You will want to take some time to read and study this guide so that you are familiar with it.
- We suggest saving it on your phone or printing it out so that you can have a copy of it with you on your trip.
- There are some important phone numbers on the Departure Guide. We suggest passing those on to your family in case they need to get in touch with you or our office staff during the trip.

LET'S TALK FOOD - Our missionary hosts do a great job providing some amazing meals for us! We want to challenge everyone to be flexible with their food choices, and try some new foods that you may have never eaten before. Who knows, you might even like them!
- We understand that some students and leaders attending the trip may have food allergies! We will communicate that with our host in Thailand prior to you all being there. Here is the link for the Allergy Form. Please fill this out as soon as possible!
- If you noted that you have a food allergy, we recommend bringing some additional food options with you just in case there is something that you are not able to eat. Each meal will provide enough variety to meet the needs of every participant. However, there may be occasions we are out to eat where a snack may be helpful!
