Hey FBomb Squad, Kimfer here, champion of all things badass, kicking off March with a bang with Women's History Month and International Women's Day just around the corner…Friday, March 8th, to be exact. And let me tell you, as a DEI and Culture Practitioner for Inclusion Equals as well as the FBomber in Chief, this year's theme, #InspireInclusion, couldn't be more fitting for our FBomb community. As we dive headfirst into March, I want to take a moment to celebrate each and every one of you. This month isn't just about honoring the women who came before us (although we certainly owe them for the forward movement we currently have). It's also about celebrating us—our strength, our resilience, and our unwavering commitment to lifting each other up as women, femmes, and gentlethems as business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs.
