Open to US states, including Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois (but NOT Chicago), Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, California, New York, and Oregon. Part-time. You will review and grade internet search queries to help search engines work better. In other words, you’ll tell the search engine how good or bad its results are based on the user’s keywords. They are looking for people who are fluent in both written and spoken English with a strong understanding of US pop culture. You must also have a reliable computer system and internet connection as well as a familiar understanding of how to use online search engines. You must be able to receive and understand instructions in English and comply with the project conventions and rules expected
by the client and successfully pass learning modules and a required quality test designed by their client before starting work. An NDA must also be signed to protect client confidentiality. Pay is $15 / hourly.
 
Medvoice - Virtual Medical Scribes. US and India. Full-time. You will navigate electronic medical records to access prior notes, formulate concise patient histories, document accurate physical examinations, and capture treatment plans among other things. They are looking for people with at least one year of past experience doing scribe work.
 
Fetch Pet Insurance - Call Center Retention Agent. US. Full-time. Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications (calls and emails) to full completion. A minimum of two (2) years in a call center environment and past retention experience preferred. Must be certified with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states. The company will pay for licenses, where applicable.
 
Coyote Craze - Customer Service Representative. US. Full-time. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues. You will also update customer accounts, and strive for first-call resolution. Pay range is between $19 and $25 hourly.
 
RoadRunner - Payment Specialist. US, but specifically looking for candidates in Central or East Coast US. The role of a Payments Specialist is to process payments to vendors within the terms of the agreement to ensure service occurs for the customer. This includes paying vendor bills via online accounts, with phone calls and a few occasions requiring email. Pay is around $19 to $20 hourly.
 
eScribers - Legal Proofreader. US. You will be part of a team of proofreaders who ensure the integrity of hearing transcripts from courts across the U.S. This includes verifying the accuracy of the audio record as well as adhering to the strict formatting guidelines each jurisdiction requires. As an independent contractor you will be compensated on a per-page basis. This is comparable to other professionals in the legal proofreading field. You will submit/approve invoices for the work you complete and will be paid weekly via direct deposit.
 
Telerecruitment - Blood Donor Recruiters. Anywhere in the US. Must have at least one year of outbound telemarketing or phone experience. You'll also need 2 years of customer service or sales experience. A quiet workplace with a wired internet connection is required. Pay ranges $15 – $18 / hour.
