…I'm pumped! Last week, I had the pleasure of recording an episode on the Human Capital Leadership podcast that will hit the airwaves sometime in May. We delved deep into the topic of Human Capital, and you know what? Accessibility ended up being a major theme of our conversation. From physical spaces to digital platforms, accessibility touches every aspect of our lives, and it's more important now than ever before. While accessibility is gaining traction in conversations around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), it's still not as prevalent as it should be.
