Hi First name / My Rising Vibe friend, 🤗
Popping in to say hi and wish you a happy Sunday! ✨🌸

Sending warm wishes from Palm Desert, where I've been unwinding and enjoying the healing desert vibes. It was a busy but rejuvenating weekend for me, taking time to relax, recharge, and catch some amazing tennis at the Indian Wells Tennis tournament.

I was so excited to watch Coco Gauff play on Saturday morning. Her determination on the court struck a chord with me, especially her words about facing tough days with grace.

"It's not how you shuffle off your good days, it's how you shuffle off your bad days, and I'm happy with how I showed up today."

Her words served as a powerful reminder of resilience, positivity, and the divine feminine energy.

The term "divine feminine" refers to a sacred and nurturing energy often associated with the feminine qualities in all of us. Intuition, compassion, and creativity are a few that come to mind.

This powerful and loving energy can be accessed by anyone, regardless of gender, and can help individuals connect with their emotions, inner strength, and wisdom.

Both masculine and feminine energies exist within each of us. If you're familiar with acupuncture, Chinese medicine, or yoga, you might have heard the terms Yin and Yang. Yin represents feminine energies, while Yang represents the masculine energies.
Achieving harmony requires balancing both energies, which can be a simple but not always easy task.

Sometimes, we may resist or suppress our healthy and strong feminine nature.

Society has often placed a greater emphasis on masculine culture, applauding productivity, ambition, leadership, and competition, while undervaluing and overshadowing the subtle strength of our feminine side.

Embracing our divine feminine energy doesn’t require burning incense, practicing yoga, or charging up your crystals, although I love to do all those things!

Embracing our feminine side simply means appreciating the qualities that make us great listeners, empaths, and creators.

When we nurture our feminine nature, we tap into a well of strength and creativity that helps us navigate life's challenges with more ease and grace.

At just 19 years old, Coco Gauff has achieved impressive milestones. She's enjoying her last few days of being a teenager while also achieving harmony with her tennis game. We can all learn a lot from these young tennis players and how they approach competition. They are undoubtedly changing tennis in new and exciting ways.

Here's to a week ahead filled with positivity and growth. Let's embrace our innate strength and creativity, finding balance between our masculine and feminine energies.
….. until next time many many sweet blessings.

Love + Wellness to You!
