FLEX'T™ x FST IS THE PERFECT COMBINATION - HERE'S WHY…
Did you know? Our proprietary and unique class, FLEX'T™, was designed primarily on the principles of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST).
FLEX'T: A fitness class that targets your fascia and helps you marry breath with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility, and reduce pain in movement.
FST: Fascial Stretch Therapy is a manual stretch therapy technique that targets the neuromyofascial system, emphasizing the connective tissue network rather than treating individual muscles in isolation.

feel the essence of flex't & FST
If you want to understand what you should be feeling during and after a FLEX'T™ class, book an FST session. You'll notice faster recovery after tough training sessions with less soreness. And if you're active, it can help you to run faster, lift heavier, boost endurance, improve coordination, and increase flexibility.

fasciaL stretching vs. muscular stretching
Fascial Stretching Focuses on Breathing: Each muscle and tissue responds uniquely, so there's no set time limit like there is in muscular stretching. Instead, you use your breath to gently expand your range of motion, adapting to each area's restrictions.
The Sequence of Stretching Matters: It's beneficial to follow a logical anatomical order for best results. Fascial stretching begins with the shorter, deeper muscles; then progresses to longer, superficial muscles crossing multiple joints. For instance, when targeting the lower body, prioritize stretching the glutes, hip rotators, and lower back before moving to the hamstrings and lower leg muscles.
Make Fascia the Focus: Fascial stretching focuses on fascia and its connections, not individual muscles, which boosts flexibility and range of motion.
