This week we want to begin a series about “issues” - in the physical wellness arena. We ALL have them in one form or another - and often something relatively easy can help us feel better.
 
The series is called “SIMPLY :: solutions”. 
 
We want to hear from YOU, too. Reply to these emails and let us know what you're issues are and maybe we can help!
 
We are going to launch this with US. Each of us is quickly going to share one of our main issues we have struggled with, and also what we did to make it better. We are sharing a simple tip as well as what we use from our brand partner, Young Living, that helps.
 
 
brain fog/focus (Laura)
HUGE issue for me. I learned I had severe ADHD that was left undiagnosed until I was 52.
Best tip: Get outside for some fresh air and sunshine ASAP in the morning. Getting some sunshine on your skin and actually in your eyes as soon as possible in the morning can really help with focus.
Young Living product recommendation: Ningxia Nitro (but combined with Ningxia Red is even better!) This product was actually the product that helped me realize I had focus issues. Honestly, I just thought that's the way everyone's brain functioned. I used it once and couldn't believe the focus!
 
 
SLEEP (Natalie)
Sleep has been an issue for me for almost as long as I can remember. A couple of years ago I decided to finally tackle it once and for all. It took some time to figure out what I need but the biggies were:
Best tip: Give myself time to unwind. I needed time to release the day and relax my mind & body. A mix of stretching, feet up the wall (a yoga pose that helps deepen relaxation), reading, makes a huge difference.
Young Living product recommendation: Sleepessence also helped me get into deeper sleep. A supplement from Young Living with a bit of melatonin and some nervous system calming oils such as lavender, valerian, chamomile, made a huge difference.

(tough decision - Body Discomfort a close second!)
Best tip: Use Young Living Essential Oils to “get in the mood” before AND “during” …if you get my drift ;)
Young Living product recommendation: So I have a few recommendations here. :-) 
- Ylang Ylang: Let's just say this flower has been used for centuries for setting up the mood. (Really!)
- Shutran: For the guy to attract the female. Ahem… it works!
- special recipe of Clary Sage, Peppermint, Cypress, & Lime (aptly named “Shivers Up Your Spine” - oh yeah!). Recipe is below.
