as we bring together THREE incredible communities under one roof for our CommUNITY Dance Party! 

The powerful women of Manifest Movement, Retreat to Reclaim, and VIBE & Embodiment with Samantha Schmuck are joining forces to offer a potent communal somatic movement and dance party.
 
Self-Expression is Freedom

On April 11, we will gather in commUNITY to breathe, ground, connect, move, dance, liberate, feel, and play as you come into union with your own body and one another. 
 
This experience is intended to take you on an inward journey through intentionally curated music and offer you an exploration of your self-expression through moving your body without limits.  
 
BONUS: You’ll create more belonging to yourself and inside the community of magical women here in Metro Detroit.
 
WHAT TO EXPECT
 
Our evening will go [a little] something like this…
 
-Anayat of Manifest Movement will guide you through an opening grounding meditation and somatic + energetic check-in.
 
-Elizabeth + Lauryn of Retreat to Reclaim will guide you through an exploratory workshop to connect and get to know your community.
 
-Sam of VIBE & Embodiment will open the dance floor with guidance and movement practices to get you started.
 
-YOU will VIBE out! Let the music be your guide and surrender your body to move freely and express exactly how it wants to. Practice taking up space, connecting with your body, feeling so much joy, and moving as one with yourself and the community.
 
- In closing, we will gather back in circle to ground together and reflect on the evening.
We invite you to join us for a night of freedom, liberation, commUNITY, and dance! Permission to bring your most authentic, expressive, open self to the party! We encourage you to dress in whatever way makes you feel comfortable, empowered, confident, free, and embodied in your highest self!
