Dear First name / friend,

Getting Prepared for Cesarean and After
*The awareness of getting prepared for a cesarean is wisdom. Birth requires preparation independent of the birthing type. Last month, I was so happy to teach ‘’Getting prepared for a c-birth and afterbirth'' Cesarean has its cons and when you learn about those, you learn the ways to recover. This helps you and your baby have a smoother experience and a healthier start. You learn your possible preferences for cesarean. Yes you can have preferences in cesarean! It is also to get prepared to afterbirth, as the mother will be recovering from a major surgery where she will also be taking care of a baby.

New Blog Post Online
My article about the EDN conference in Madrid last year is now available on my blog page. I never had time to finish writing it, but I started months ago, right after the conference. Having worked with the EDN Newsletter, as we were collecting articles, this has served as my motivation to publish this post at last. While reading it, I hope you find it enjoyable and get to feel the doula love.

“Birth is vast and multifaceted; radiant and mysterious. Birth contains multitudes, and through her we birth our multitudes. We give birth to our hopes and our fears, to our ecstasies and our agonies, to our joy and our disappointments. We give birth to our babies, each one perfect and radiant. We give birth through our instincts, and we give birth to our instincts. We give birth to our capacity for instincts, which will match us perfectly with our babies, who are, and always will be, instinctive creatures. May we all be blessed through instinctive birth.”
