Stress literally wears out our body.
 
Literally.
 
It takes YEARS off of our life not to mention lead to illness.
 
And we can’t just “veg” in front of the TV and think we are relaxing. Or drink a glass of wine. Or take a nap.  We need to initiate the Relaxation Response to truly make a difference. We need to shift our nervous system.
 
Here’s the thing: It’s not that hard to do. In fact, it might just take a few minutes. And it will help you feel so good.
 
AND it will help you be less reactive emotionally, give you more energy, help you sleep better, not to mention give you more longevity! So many benefits!
