Kimfer here, wondering if you can believe that spring has officially sprung! ๐ธ
This past weekend, my son, my four-legged companion, and my best friend joined me for a sunny outing to see the cherry blossoms at the University of Washington campus. It was fucking bananas! There were hundreds of people there. As a UW alumn, Iโve never experienced the scene like that before in all the years (of course, I havenโt been going to school there for close to 25 years, soโฆ ๐).
That's my 16 year old son, Sawyer, who's 6'1" and towering over me, and my best friend Seth who went to art school with me at UW back in the day.
There's something magical about witnessing the bloom of spring, reminding me that change and growth are inevitable parts of life. As we transition into this new season, it's a hellava opportunity to close out Q1 on a high note.
Are you taking some time to review your goals and milestones from the past three months? Are you celebrating your wins (you know you can always share your #FuckYeah in the community chat), learning from any challenges or setbacks, and setting clear intentions for the quarter ahead? Here is an easy resource by the US Chamber of Commerce that outlines what you might want to look at depending on your business.
Let's take a moment to do a little spring cleaning for our business by decluttering our physical spaces, clearing out any mental cobwebs, and making room for fresh ideas and opportunities to bloom.
With love, laughter, and a whole lot of springtime sparkle โจโจ,
