First name / Hi,

Do you, like me, spend a full day (or weekend) switching out your closets for the season? As much fun as it is to see the spring/summer clothes that I had forgotten about, the actual task is a bit exhausting.

But, it does feel good, especially when I realize that my lifestyle, or priorities, (or maybe my weight LOL!) have changed and some things simply need to go (hello, donations box!). There is definitely something to be said about decluttering - and making room for the things that actually matter and work for our current lifestyles.

It’s the same with our online/digital brand experience. Both large and little things in our businesses change and all of a sudden, we realize that some things are no longer in style, no longer fit, or no longer represent us the right way.

And so often we don’t have (or take) the time to make sure our online brand experience is still in-line with our brand personality, still setting the stage for new clients, and something we are still proud of.

Your online brand experience needs to be bringing in new customers and clients - always.

Just like switching and editing your closets, you can do the same with your website, SEO, emails, etc. I do this through an Online Brand Experience Audit.
It is one of the most-loved services I offer, and (since I can't go outside anyway with all of the pollen) I have decided that for the month of April only, I am increasing the number of Experience Audits I offer.

I typically only do four per month, but I am going to double this in April because I really think it's that important. So, there are six more available.

What is an Online Brand Experience Audit like?

Well, imagine a secret shopper meets your pickiest, most detail-oriented friend.

That's me - a fresh set of eyes on everything your clients or prospective clients experience online. You can read more here, but essentially I do everything from analyzing your search results, to reviewing your client communication (emails, consult forms, collateral), to your email marketing newsletters, your website, etc.

I'll find the broken links, brand inconsistencies (and fix them for you if you have a Squarespace site), let you know where you could communicate more succinctly, review your social media, and give you suggestions and ideas to strengthen your brand and bring in more clients that you actually want to work with.

And yes, the DIY Audit for interior designers and the home industries is always available ($12) - you can grab it here.
What do you think you need to switch out, get rid of, or restyle? I would love to help you figure it out!
to strategy, simplicity, & style,
kimberly xx
